A commerce workspace for Amazon sellers to manage their own listings, offers, orders and inventory alongside their other sales channels.
Development status and launch plan
The Amazon integration is in development and is not yet available for production use. We plan to launch it within 90 days after the required SP-API access is granted. Our eBay integration is already in use; that does not mean the Amazon integration is live.
Product Listing
Planned: retrieve, create and update the seller's Amazon listings, including product information and content. AI can help draft listing text; the seller reviews and approves changes before publication.
Pricing
Planned: read the seller's Amazon offer prices and update prices at the seller's request. This is management of the seller's own offers, not cross-seller benchmarking.
Inventory and Order Tracking
Planned: synchronize Amazon orders, order items, inventory and order status into the seller's operations workspace. Access to buyer or recipient details for merchant-fulfilled shipping depends on separate approval for the appropriate restricted role; it is not provided by the four standard roles alone.
Selling Partner Insights
Planned: retrieve the connected seller account's marketplace participation to help identify and configure the marketplaces for that account. This does not provide Brand Analytics or insights about other sellers.
Seller authorization and data use
Each seller authorizes access to their own Amazon account. Amazon data is used only to deliver that seller's requested services, not resold, combined across sellers for benchmarking, or used to infer information about Amazon's business.
Plans and service provider
Both Free and Professional include the planned listing, pricing, marketplace connection and AI tools when available. Free allows up to 50 orders per month and one sales channel; Professional allows up to 500 orders per month and adds inventory and shipping management. Third-party AI/API, shipping and service fees are paid separately by the customer.
Kommerzdock is provided by Juchi Europe GmbH, which contracts with customers, invoices the service and assumes the applicable controller and processor responsibilities. Development and maintenance are provided by an independent cooperating developer.
